- Scroll down
- "Scanning"
- Select "Wi-Fi Scanning" to "On"
- Select "Bluetooth Scanning" to "On"
- Please, go to your Android settings
- "Security & Location"
- "Location"
- Scroll down
- "Google Location Accuracy"
- Select "Improve Location Accuracy" to "On"
App Settings
1. Location Permission
- Please, go to your Android settings
- "Apps & Notifications"
- Find you Telematics App
- "Permissions"
- Select "Location" to "On"
- Select "Storage" to "On"
2. Notification Permission
- Please, go to your Android settings
- "Apps & Notifications"
- Find you Telematics App
- "Notifications"
- Select "Show Notifications" to "On"
- Select "Tracker Service"
- Select "Allow notification dot" to "On"
- Select "Show notification dot" to "On"
- Check that you see notification from your Telematics App in tray
3. App Battery Settings
- Please, go to your Android settings
- "Apps & Notifications"
- Find you Telematics App
- "Battery"
- Select "Don't optimize"
- Check that your Telematics App is "Not optimized"
