- Select "Improve Location Accuracy" to "On"

1. Location permission
- Please, go to your Android settings
- "Apps"
- Find you Telematics App
- "Permissions"
- "Location"
- Select "location access" to "Allow all the time"
2. Physical activity permission
- Please, go to your Android settings
- "Apps"
- Find you Telematics App
- "Permissions"
- "Physical activity"
- Select "physical activity access" to "Allow"
3. Mobile data and Wi-Fi permission
- Please, go to your Android settings
- "Apps"
- Find you Telematics App
- "Mobile data & Wi-Fi"
- Select "Background data" to "On"
- Select "Unrestricted data usage" to "On"
4. App Battery Settings
- Please, go to your Android settings
- "Apps"
- Find you Telematics App
- "Battery"
- "Battery optimization
- Select "Don't optimize"
- Check that your Telematics App is "Not optimized"
5. Notifications permission
- Please, go to your Android settings
- "Apps"
- Find you Telematics App
- "Notifications"
- Select "Show notifications" to "On"
- Select "Show notifications dot" to "On"
- Check that you have a notification in tray
