1. Download, install and launch your Telematics App
  2. Permission Wizard will start automatically

Device Settings

1. Device Battery Settings

  • Please, go to your Android settings
  • "Battery"
  • Select "Battery Saver" to "Off"
  • "Battery Manager"
  • Select "Manage apps automatically" to "Off"

2. Location Services

  • Please, go to your Android settings
  • "Location"
  • "W-Fi and Bluetooth scanning"
  • Select "Wi-Fi Scanning" to "On"
  • Select "Bluetooth Scanning" to "On"
  • Please, go to your Android settings
  • "Location"
  • "Google Location Accuracy"
  • Select "Improve Location Accuracy" to "On"

3. Battery saver

  • Please, go to your Android settings
  • Battery → Battery saver → Tap on Turn off now if it’s enabled
  • Go to Extreme Battery saver
  • Tap on When to use → Never use
  • if you want to use Extreme Battery saver anyway, add Telematics app to Essential apps:
    Tap on Essential apps
    Find your app in list
    Switch toggle ON


App Settings

1. Location permission

  • Please, go to your Android settings
  • "Apps"
  • Find you Telematics App
  • "Permissions"
  • "Location"
  • Select "location access" to "Allow all the time"

2. Physical activity permission

  • Please, go to your Android settings
  • "Apps"
  • Find you Telematics App
  • "Permissions"
  • "Physical activity"
  • Select "physical activity access" to "Allow"

3. Mobile data and Wi-Fi permission

  • Please, go to your Android settings
  • "Apps"
  • Find you Telematics App
  • "Mobile data & Wi-Fi"
  • Select "Background data" to "On"
  • Select "Unrestricted data usage" to "On"

4. App Battery Settings

  • Please, go to your Android settings
  • "Apps"
  • Find you Telematics App
  • "Battery"
  • "Battery optimization
  • Select "Don't optimize"
  • Check that your Telematics App is "Not optimized"

5. Notifications permission

  • Please, go to your Android settings
  • "Apps"
  • Find you Telematics App
  • "Notifications"
  • Select "Show notifications" to "On"
  • Select "Show notifications dot" to "On"
  • Check that you have a notification in tray
